LinkGather - Export WordPress Links



This plugin gives you the ability to export the URLs for all your websites posts in Excel design.

You can download the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the URL below:

Now you have installed the plugin, straight away you are ready to go.

How To


A new tab on the options side of your WordPress admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hovering over this title option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different options available to you:

If you click on the Home offering, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which supplies instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Hit the Post Links option to move you to the page that will show all of your blogs published posts’ links. Note that for the purposes of these instructions, we are using our demo test site with just a few links in it.

You should now see a list with two columns, one here for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL list, you will see that LinkGather has also added up how many post URL you have.

You then also have the option to download the articles export JetPack shortlinks in Google Spreadsheets style.

Page Links


The above procedure is exactly the same for Page Links, but instead of supplying back published articles, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, however, JetPack URLs are actually built in short links more info created by the JetPack plugin. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links option will bring back all those JetPack Links that it has gathered:
